CrowdTimer support handles product questions, deletion requests, and reports about incorrect timer behavior or app failures.
Email support@crowdtimer.app and include the meeting date, approximate time, and a short description of what happened. Do not send meeting audio, video, or private chat logs.
Data Requests
If you want us to delete support or feedback records tied to you, email support and include enough context for us to locate the record safely.
If you are requesting deletion of meeting-scoped timer records before the automatic purge runs, tell us the meeting date and approximate time. Meeting-scoped records normally age out within 24 hours after activity stops.
Retention
- Meeting-scoped operational records such as timers, presence, extension requests, done requests, room participants, and meeting room coverage are automatically purged after roughly 24 hours once activity has stopped.
- Feedback and support submissions are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, satisfy legal obligations, or maintain a minimal audit trail for security and compliance.
Response Times
We aim to respond to support and deletion requests within 30 days.
