These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CrowdTimer Zoom App developed by Alan Cyment. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

By installing or using CrowdTimer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CrowdTimer is a Zoom App that provides synchronized countdown timers for Zoom meetings and breakout rooms. The App lets meeting hosts set timers visible to participants who open CrowdTimer.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must comply with Zoom's Terms of Service when using the App.
- You are responsible for how you use timer functionality in meetings.
- You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alan Cyment and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the App for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
